What is the commitment?

Tracument plans are month-to-month, cancel any time. A discount is available for annual commitments paid in advance.

Is there a setup cost?

No! Basic setup is included in your subscription. Additional training and onboarding can be purchased for an additional fee.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Book a Call with one of our Product Specialists to receive your free trial of Tracument's services.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time! Just reach out to a Tracument Product Specialist.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Monthly clients can cancel their plan at any time. Annual clients are subject to an annual commitment. Please book a call with a Product Specialist to discuss cancellation options.

How do the account GB limits work?

GB limits reference total data transferred by Secure Send or Secure Portal.

What happens if I go over my limit?

Tracument will notify you once you near your transfer limit. You will be given the option to upgrade to the next package for additional capacity, or pay a temporary overage charge.

Do you have unlimited plans without individual transactional pricing?

We do! Many of our services are available as part of an unlimited usage package. Contact a Product Specialist for more information.

Can I share the account with multiple users?

Though this is not prohibited, it is not recommended as you can only have one account online at a time. You can purchase additional users for a monthly fee.

Do you offer support?

Yes! We offer support to all Tracument users. Support during regular business hours is available by email, chat, or telephone depending on your plan level. Additionally, Tracument's support team is available to assist those who receive records or requests from our clients, even if the recipient does not have a Tracument account.

Does Tracument own my records?

No! All documents will always belong to you.
